Fighting to Make America Fentanyl Free Again
Who We Are
Make America Fentanyl Free Again (MAFFA) is a nationwide movement dedicated to eradicating the fentanyl epidemic and ending the devastation it has caused to families across America. With over 70,000 overdose deaths annually and teen overdoses doubling since 2020, fentanyl is the deadliest threat facing our communities. MAFFA exists to fight back—through bold prevention, life-saving education, and aggressive policy action.
Founded as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, MAFFA is fueled by patriots who refuse to let fentanyl destroy another generation. Under President Trump’s leadership, we are leading the charge to hold traffickers accountable, secure our borders, and educate every American on the dangers of this poison.
Our Mission
We will combat the fentanyl crisis by prioritizing:
Join Us
Fentanyl is a weapon of mass destruction, flooding across the border from China and Mexico, poisoning our people, and leaving families shattered. This is not just a drug crisis—it’s a war. And we intend to win.
We cannot do this alone. The war against fentanyl will be won only if Americans stand together—raising awareness, demanding action, and supporting solutions that save lives. Join MAFFA and be part of the movement that ends this crisis once and for all.
