Who We Are

Make America Fentanyl Free Again (MAFFA) is a nationwide movement dedicated to eradicating the fentanyl epidemic and ending the devastation it has caused to families across America. With over 70,000 overdose deaths annually and teen overdoses doubling since 2020, fentanyl is the deadliest threat facing our communities. MAFFA exists to fight back—through bold prevention, life-saving education, and aggressive policy action.

Founded as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, MAFFA is fueled by patriots who refuse to let fentanyl destroy another generation. Under President Trump’s leadership, we are leading the charge to hold traffickers accountable, secure our borders, and educate every American on the dangers of this poison.

Our Mission

We will combat the fentanyl crisis by prioritizing:

Prevention & Education – Launching hard-hitting awareness campaigns, ensuring every parent and teen knows: One Pill Can Kill.

Early Intervention – Expanding harm-reduction programs in schools, workplaces, and communities.

Treatment & Recovery – Increasing access to Narcan, affordable treatment, and fully funded rehab options.

Policy & Enforcement – Fighting for legislative action, cracking down on traffickers, and securing our borders.

Research & Data – Tracking fentanyl’s impact and measuring the effectiveness of intervention strategies.
